Welcome to Southern Tier Counseling Center, LLC. We are a private counseling practice located in Elmira, NY. We provide Individual, Couples, and Family counseling. We have 15 therapists at our office that specialize in several Mental Health issues and we accept some health insurance plans.

Johanna “Joey” Webster, LCSW
Johanna works at STCC full-time. She works with all demographics, and specializes in Depression, Anxiety, Adolescent Trauma, PTSD and Domestic Abuse.
Kathy Webster, LCSW-R
Kathy is the owner of Southern Tier Counseling Center, LLC. While she has primarily retired from seeing clients for therapy, she still remains actively involved in the practice. She also supervises new therapists coming into the field.
Marcy Hertzog, LCSW-R
Marcy works at STCC part-time. Marcy works with Adults 20 years and older. She specializes in Addictions, Anxiety, Depression, Separation/Divorce, Grief and Loss. *Marcy sees clients only virtually.
Dianne Hill, LCSW
Dianne works at STCC part-time. She works with all demographics and specializes in Depression, Anxiety, Teen Issues, Behavioral Issues, ADHD, Trauma and Peer Conflicts. *Dianne sees clients only virtually.
Sandy Brenen, LCSW-R
Sandy works at STCC part-time. She works with all demographics, and specializes in Eating Disorders, Anxiety, Depression, Marital/Couples Issues, School and Behavioral Problems, ADHD, Gay/Lesbian/Transgender Issues, Trauma, Self Esteem, Bipolar and Grief or Loss.
Rachel Nagy, LMSW
Rachel works at STCC full-time. Rachel sees adults 18 years and older and specializes in Chronic and Severe Mental Health Issues, Anxiety, Depression, Greif, and Attachment Issues.
Kelly Longwell, LCSW
Kelly works at STCC part-time. She works with all demographics, and specializes in Anxiety, Depression, Eating Disorders, Relationship Issues, Grief, and Personality Disorders, and can provide ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy).
George Funnell, LCSW-R
George works at STCC full-time. He works with clients 16yo and above, and specializes in Depression, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, and Men’s Issues. *George sees clients mostly virtually.

Sydney Mosier, LMSW
Sydney works at STCC part-time. She works with all demographics, and specializes in Family Issues, Child/Adolescent Issues, Substance Abuse, Trauma, and Anxiety.
Carolanne Barcomb, LCSW
Carolanne works at STCC full-time. Carolanne sees all demographics and specializes in Anxiety, Depression, School & Behavioral problems, and Trauma.
Elizabeth “Betsy” Bowman, LMSW
Betsy works at STCC part-time. She works with all demographics. She is a master certified Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) Practitioner and National ART trainer. Betsy specializes in trauma including PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Self-Esteem Issues, Phobias, and Grief. She uses a strengths-based holistic approach.
