Individual Therapy

Treatment will assist the individual in identifying the issue that is creating stress within his/her life. We will then help the individual to respond more effectively to the identified stressors.

 

 

Children & Adolescents Therapy

Treatment will utilize a variety of approaches and techniques to help children and adolescents learn about themselves, utilize opportunities, manage unexpected crises, and resolve conflicts that may impair their social, academic or emotional functioning.

  • ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy)
    ART is an evidence-based therapy using eye movements and imagery treating Post-traumatic Stress and Trauma symptoms including anxiety, depression, phobias, addiction, grief, sleep dysfunction, pain management and more.
    ART is considered a brief therapy with significant improvements shown in as little as 1-5 sessions and does not require clients to talk about traumatic details and images.

Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) serve as resources to organizations in the prevention, identification, and resolution of personal and productivity issues of its employees.
